With over a decade of recruiting experience, Jean-Paul has adeptly led executive search assignments across diverse industries, showcasing his expertise in recruiting for aerospace, aviation, cybersecurity, and electronic manufacturing.

In addition to his expertise in technical recruiting, Jean-Paul also holds a Master’s of Science (M.S.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and boasts a SHRM-SCP designation, the highest level of certification from the world’s largest HR membership organization.
